Prosper eVision cancels the dealing of raising HK$42.44 mln by placement

Prosper eVision(0979) announced to cancel the dealing of raising HK$42.44 mln by placing shares to an independent third party. The new shares subscriber refused to go on dealing because the shares price was  lower than the placing price. Prosper eVision thought it was impossible to rearrange another placing dealing at the same price.
