City Telecom and SmarTone rumored in talks of setting up JV

According to source, City Telecom (H.K.) Ltd.(1137)  and SmarTone Telecommunications Holdings Ltd.(0315) were in talks of studying feasibility of forming JV .It would be JV of  finance and technology and both parties would benefit from it. Top level of both parties had deep interest in cooperation and results would come out in a week.
