Pam & Frank International to raise HK$45.9 mln by placement

Pam & Frank International Holdings (0431) announced to finance HK$45.9 mln by placing 306 mln new shares at the price with HK$0.15, 21% lower than the closing price before suspension. The new shares accounted for 14% of the enlarged total.
