iAsia rumored to be listed on CEM this month to raise HK$90 mln

It is reported that executive director of iAsia said there were now 40 clients signing to use the application software ASP offered by the company to adapt to AMS/3 being used by the exchange.It is also reported that iAsia would be listed on CEM this month and issue 90 mln new shares , 90% of which would be placed and 10% would be open issued at HK$1.00 each.  HK$90 mln is expected to be raised accordingly.
