Sino-i.com falls over quiting local pay TV services

Sino-i.com Ltd. (0250) went down in the early session for its unit Hong Kong Network TV Ltd. canceled plans to offer pay television services in Hong Kong.The decision came after 18 months of preparation for the services. It has also ended talks with PCCW (0008) and Hutchison Global Crossing on the rental of network capacity for such services.
