Nanjing University's Jiangsu Nandasoft plans to be listed on GEM

Jiangsu Nandasoft plans to be listed on GEM as an H share, but the company declined to disclose details of the flotation, though. The education bureau's commercal arm, Jiangsu Gongchuang Education Development, and the civilian-run A share Jiangsu Zongyi Shareholding each holds 20%. The provincial government-backed Jiangsu Information Technology Construction Investment, and Jiangsu Provincial Property Rights Management each holds 10%.The company said it made a profit of RBM 7mln to RBM 8mln on turnover of about RBM 100mln last year.
