Smartech adjourns board meeting till Wednesday.

Smartech Digital Manufacturing (8068) adjourned the special board meeting from March 14 to March 21 for lack of quorum. The acquisition of the whole Sky Datamann stake and loans to Sky Datamann are to be the focus at the meeting.According to the complementary agreement, both sides, buyer and seller, agreed to put off the deadline of the contract from March 15 to March 26. The stock resumed trading this morning.
