Kowloon Motor Bus spends HK$100Mln for Info. Equipment on Buses

Kowloon Motor Bus Holdings Ltd. (0062) said it would spend HK$100mln to install new equipment to 1,000 buses.KMB is discussing with several mini-bus companies about installing LCD screens on the vehicles. It also plans to expand the LCD installation programs to taxis and ferries.Meantime, KMB plans to spin off its unit Roadshow on the local exchange.Roadshow reportedly seeks to raise between HK$400mln and HK$500mln through a main board listing in mid-April.
