Standard & Charted : Davis says grading institutions should upgrades HK credit t

Davis, executive director of Standard & Charted, said grading institutions should upgrade rating on credit of Hong Kong to AA+ for its solid infrastructure and strong reserve. He said the entry of WTO would offset negative influence on Hong Kong economy.
