China Everbright recovers to obtain HK$336.31 mln compensation from former chair

China Everbright Ltd.(0165) said its former CEO and chairman Chong Po was sentenced to make compensation of HK$336.31 mln.The company said Mr Chong had already deposited HK$200 mln in co-named account of representative lawyers of both parties. The HK$ 2700 mln had been judged as partial compensation by the court.
