Compromise reached between vLink Global and Yu Ming

vLink Global Ltd.(0563) announced to have made complete compromise with its major shareholder Yu Ming Investments(0666) and the former executive director on lawsuit. vLink agreed to pay all the suing fare of Yu Ming with a up limit of HK$5 mln.
