Karl Thomson establishes financial trading platform joint venture

Karl Thomson Holdings(0007) announced it had signed an understanding memo with France-listed GL Trade to establish a single website joint venture of financial trading. The founding capital is US$5 mln and Karl Thomson will hold 81% shares of the joint venture.
