Controlling shareholder of Sino Info Tech changed

Sino Info Tech (0205) said United Home had already purchased all 21.87 % stake held by former major shareholder Zetland . Additionally Sino Info issued about 100 mln new shares at HK$0.11835 per share, raising HK$11.88 mln as operating capitals.New shares accounted for 10% of enlarged asset. Compared with yesterday ¡¥s closing price, issuing price was discounted 5%.  After transaction, the stake of United Home would be up to 29.68%.
