Shanghai Construction buys Hong Kong Construction stake from China Everbright

China Everbright International(0257) announced that Shanghai Construction was planning to buy the 35.24% stake of Hong Kong Construction (0190) owned by China Everbright . But China Everbright also said the relevant agreements hadn¡¦t been reached and it was not known whether the dealing would  be carried out or not .
