SIA Engineering Co sells 4.09% of Swire Pacific (Xiamen) to HK Aircraft

SIA Engineering Co announced to sell 4.09% of Swire Pacific (Xiamen) to Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering (0044) for US$3.35 mln. After completion of transaction, SIA Engineering¡¦s holding of Swire Pacific (Xiamen) stake would fall to 5%.SIA Engineering said it could gain US$1.5 mln from the transaction.
