Track Fund records a new low again

Hang Seng Index fell through 12900 pts level this morning, bottoming 12869pts.Spot futures index saw its lowest at 12842pts, falling through 12880pts for Track Fund subscription level.( estimated by its IPO at HK$12.88)Track Fund recorded a low at HK$13 since November,1999, equaling to HSI at 13000pts. It dropped HK$0.35, or 2.99%, to stand at HK$13.05, 181pts premium compared with HSI lowest level.
