CNOOC to issue 214 mln more new shares for US$165 mln

Merrill Lynch, agency of CNOOC exercised its rights of adding shares.Therefore, CNOOC is to issue 214 mln more new shares at 77 US cents(HK$6.01) to raise US$165 mln more.
