CNOOC says over-allotment option exercised at 6.01 hkd/shr

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - CNOOC Ltd said the over-allotment option granted by the company to its U.S., European and Asian underwriters under a global share offering has been exercised to issue additional 214.16 mln new shares at 6.01 hkd each.	    In a statement, CNOOC said the over-allotment shares represent about 2.61 pct of the company's issued share capital as enlarged by the exercise of the over-allotment option.
