China Travel buys traveling business and hotel property from leading shareholder

China Travel Intermational Investment(0308) announced it had paid HK$1.911 bln for the traveling business and hotel property from its leading shareholder . Of the total HK$1.2 bln  was cash and the rest are convertible bonds and asset .
