Controlling shareholder of Vision Tech changes

Vision Tech International (0922) , which was listed for no more than a half year, announced an alteration  of controlling shareholder.Sin Woonching purchased 34.88% stake with HK$65.8 mln from former controlling shareholder at HK$0.877 each. The former controlling shareholder originally held 105 mln shares and after transaction the rest 30mln shares would be placed to the third party. The public holding shake would be increased from 51.16% to 65.12. A condition of transaction was not to propose a whole acquisition. Vision Tech International (0922) would resume trading this morning
