Wharf sells 26.7 pct stake in Cross Harbour for 614.10 mln hkd

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - Wharf (Holdings) Ltd said it has divested its 26.7 pct stake in The Cross-Harbour (Holdings) Ltd to Prestige Properties Holdings for a consideration of 614.10 mln hkd.
