Mingly receives 96.7% acceptance acquisition

Mingly Corporation(0478) said the privatization plan , which was proposed by its leading shareholder Cha family, received acceptance acquisition application of 746 mln shares , accounting for 96.7% of the existing shares . The amount was more than the compellent acquisition of 90% and the related acquisition proposal received 421 mln acceptance shares , accounting for 100% of the issued shares . The company will extend its acquisition proposal deadline , which will be noticed later.
