STOCKWATCH: PCCW declining; not best time to bet on rebound

PCCW (0008) has been on the weak side for long. Many technical indicators have shown the stock to be declining. There has been no sign for buying and volume of turnover show unwillingness to invest. With telecom faring badly in general, this is not the best time to bet on a rebound. The stock is expected to be churning on the downward track. Recommended keep an observing stance.
