HSI falls over 400pts, blue chip HK Electric rises

Hang Seng Index widened the loss to over 400pts. It drpped 408pts, or 3.05%, to stand at HK$12746pts.  Among blue chips, only Hongkong Electric Holdings(0006) rose HK$0.1 slightly to stand at HK$29.05.
