vVision Tech International sells a 34.88% stake for HK$65.8mln

vVision Tech International Holdings (0922) said that its shareholder had sold 75mln shares at HK$0.877 each to Active Market for HK$65.8mln. The shares to be sold amounted for 34.88% of Vision Tech International¡¦s enlarged total and Active Market will become the single biggest shareholder of Vision Tech International after completion of acquisition
