Agreement on acquisition of Siu -Fung Ceramics by Daido Concrete invalid

Daido(0544), Golik Holdings(1118) and Siu-Fung Ceramics(0395) said that the agreement to acquire Siu-Fung , which was in liquidation,  wasnˇ¦ˇ¦t carried out on March 19 and the agreement was invalid . The paid HK$2.5 mln was confiscated by the  seller.
