Wai Kee says the investigation of ICAC won't affect normal operation

Wai Kee(0610) said in the notice that the company would co-operate with ICAC to investigate the case in which six people of the company were suspected to procure extra loans from the bank by exaggerating the project fees . Wai Kee believes the case won't affect the normal operating of the company and its subsidiaries. The arrested important people of Wai Kee include its chairman Zen Wei Pao William, vice chairman Zen Wei Peu Derek and other four former executive directors and executive directors.
