CATIC finishes software business acquisition, not know the reason for price up

CATIC International(0232) said in the notice that it didn¡¦t know the reasons for the rising of stock price and turnover except for announcement of finishing the acquisition of software business.At earlier time , the company announced to acquire 23.5% stake of Pimpernel Resources Limited , which is engaged in software developing .The company will pay for the cost by issuing 200 mln new shares at HK$0.13 each to the seller ,Imaster Management Limited.
