Sun Hung Kai Properties targets Peak project at 20,000 hkd/sq ft

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - Sun Hung Kai Properties will this year launch a luxury project on the Peak with a targeted selling price of 20,000 hkd per square foot, executive director of Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency, Victor Lui said.	    Cited by the South China Morning Post, Lui said the five-house project on Mount Kellett Road will be completed late this year, and will provide a total floor area of about 20,000 square feet.	    Lui said this will be the company's only project to be released on the Peak this year.	    Lui said Sun Hung Kai Properties will consider leasing some of the houses.
