Tianjin Capital surges 13%, A shares suspended

Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection Company (1065) surged by 13% in the morning session to stand at HK$1.1, once reaching HK$1.12, a 52-week high.The annual profit of the company for the last year , which was released recently , was back in black and the up range limit of 10% was regained. Its A share was suspended today , while H shares wasnˇ¦t affected.
