HK govt to handle 3G problems upon merge principles of telecom companies

Hong Kong government said they were considering the possibility of permission of two 2G operators to bid for one 3G license on JV basis but final decision would depend on factors that whether relevant cooperation would block fair competition. Hong Kong government would handle problems according to merge principles of telecom companies
