Swire, SHK Properties sell 150 Ocean Shore units over weekend: report

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - Swire Properties and Sun Hung Kai Properties sold about 150 units in the second phase of their jointly developed Ocean Shore residential project in Tseung Kwan O over the weekend, the South China Morning Post cited market sources as saying.	    The sources said prices in the project averaged 2,988 hkd per square foot and attracted more than 1,000 prospective buyers after a three day registration period last week.	    The public sale of the project commenced on Saturday.
