Privatization of Concord Land has 78% discounts

Pacific Concord Holding Ltd.(0438) and Concord Land Development (1121) announced information of privatization of Concord Land Development ended January this year. The pre-audited tangible asset was HK$79,700bln with net asset of HK$6.33 each share. There would be 77.9% discount compared with privatizing price proposed by Pacific Concerd.
