Dong Jian to raise HK$15.95 by placement

Dong Jian Tech.(0649) said it had signed an agreement yesterday to place 31 mln shares at HK$0.4 each to the independent parties . The placement will be made by the agencies.The placement accounted for 13.69% of the enlarged capital. The raised HK$15.95 mln will be used for operation funds. But it also might be used for other projects if needed.
