Celestial Asia Securities Holdings(1049) and Pricerite Group (0996) made a united announcement that Celestial-related transaction and shares transaction had completed and Pricerite, financing representative of Celestial, proposed a share acquisition.After transaction, Celestial and other people acting in concert hold 70.41% of issued Pricerite stake.
