According the report citing sources, the negotiation of cooperation between and Sing Tao Holdings (0233) and Sun Television Cybernetworks (0307) will involve arrangement of exchanging shares. The two sides have had initial contact and further discussion may follows. Sun Television announced to the rumors mentioned above to be unclear and said it was not true.
