China Merchants acquires Everbright Asian Pacific for HK$75.8 mln

China Merchants(0144) announced it had signed an agreement with China Everbright(Singapore) that it would buy 23.9% stake of China Everbrightˇ¦s subsidiary China Everbright Asian Pacific for SG$17.42 mln , circa HK$75.8 mln, at SG$0.45 each , with 64% premium. The transaction will be paid in cash.
