JP Morgan: decreases S&P 500 year-end reasonable target price from 1400 pts to 1
JP Morgan said in view of worse-than-expected earnings results in 2000 and up-going risks, the company had downgraded the year-end reasonable price of S&P 5000 from 1400 pts to 1300 pts. Douglas Cliggott said there were two reasons for decrease, one of which was that the net profit of S&P 500 per share in 2000 was US$50.86 , lower than expected US$ 53.50.
