FED: US Banks consecutively restrict commercial loans

According to January investigation of senior loan directors, US banks continuously carry out restricted commercial loan policies in March.  The investigations showed that since the beginning of January ,US bank continued to restrict commercial loan conditions, on the other hand, commercial loan demand was weak .   About 50% banks have restricted loan conditions.
