China Medical Science places shares of HK$55mln on GEM

China Medical Science (8120) announced to raise HK$55mln- 56mln by placing 100mln new shares at HK$ 0.55-0.65 each. The new shares accounted for 20% of the enlarged share capital. It will be listed on GEM on 10th, April. Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) is one of the issue sponsors.
