I-China says unit served with claims for 108.795 mln hkd

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - I-China Holdings Ltd said its wholly-owned subsidiary Fordit Ltd has been served with a summons for 108.795 mln hkd as payment for a margin agreement it had entered into with Peregrine Brokerage Ltd.	    In a statement, the company said the company is currently consulting legal advice.
