Sinolink Worldwide to spin-off Baijiang by distributing materials

Sinolink Worldwide(1168) said it would spin-off Baijiang Gas on CEM by distributing materials .In the spin-off plan, the company will distribute special interim dividend and issue 20 Baijiang shares for every 2000 Sinolink shares. A total of 15.2 mln shares will be assigned to the qualified shareholders. Baijiang stock will be listed on April 20.Baijiang is mainly engaged in selling the oil gas along the Yangtse river and in southwest area of China .
