Vtech in talks with creditor banks on debt restructuring

After Vtech Holdings Ltd.(0303) posted significant net loss for the year ended Mar 2001, a lot of securities issued research reports to recommend investors to sell or hold the stock. An analyst said the management team had ever made promise to lower debt ratio to get support from creditor banks for debts restructuring.
