Legend not to amortize the goodwill from 2000 earnings

Ma Xuezheng, executive director of Legend(0992),said the HK$1.9 bln goodwill caused by buying Beijing Legend in 1997 wouldnˇ¦t be amortized from the annual earnings of 2000 , which was to be released in the near future. The amortisation will be counted in 2001 results and How to write off and amortize will be decided after consulting the auditors.
