M21 Technology acquires 1.28 times subscription of placement

M21 Technology (8153), which will be listed on CEM this Friday, announced that the price of new issue was HK$0.335 per share and the placed shares had acquired 1.28 times subscription. The company granted the right to its sponsor Shenyin Wanguo(0218) at the same time to place extra 15% stake, about 13.88 mln shares.
