Chairman of Netalone.com negotiates acquisition business

Netalone.com (0336) said in the manifesto that its chairman William Lo was negotiating with a third party about the acquisition. In the manifesto, he also added that he didn¡¦t know the reason for the rising price and turnover. Netalone.com closed at HK$0.13 yesterday, up 20%.
