Interchina Director He Xue Chu disposes 950 mln shares at HK$0.19 each

Interchina Holdings (0202) announced Classic Jester Resources Limited (CJRL), which was wholly-owned by its executive director He Xue Chu had sold 950 mln shares at HK$0.19 each to a third party on March 27, accounting for 21.67% of the companyˇ¦s existing issued shares. The shareholding of CJRL reduced from 21.81% to 0.14%. But no new leading shareholders came.
