Town Health buys 24% stake of Wei Yuan Tang for HK$30.06 mln

Town Health International (8138) announced that the company had reached an agreement on March 26 to acquire 24% shareholding of Wei Yuan Tang, which is subsidiary of Wang On Group (1222). After the acquisition, the shareholding of Wei Yuan Tang held by Wang On reduced from 99.97% to 75.97%. Town Health said among the paid cash, HK$25 mln would be paid by its internal sources and the rest would be paid by the raised capital from the listing of last October.
