Controlling shareholder of Man Yue International terminates negotiation on selli

Man Yue International (0894) announced Man Yue Holding, controlling shareholder of the company, had already ended the talks on selling stake to the third party. The company said a relevant person had intended to acquire stake in Man Yue International held by Man Yue Holding, but Man Yue Holding ended negotiation on Mar 27 as the acquisition conditions was revealed.
