Yoshiya International signs supplementary agreement

Yoshiya International (0193) and Far East Consortium International(0035) signed the second supplementary agreement over the selling of controlling stake of Mutual Luck and sales loan to insure E-Cash, the subsidiary of buyer, to fulfill promise to pay off the rest payment in HK$ 1200mln.In the agreement, E-Cash agreed to sign documents on mortagage and transferring loans and Far East Consortium International (0035) was the beneficiary .
